At Moe Dogge Rescue Shelter, we are dedicated to giving abandoned, abused, and neglected dogs and cats a second chance at life. Our mission is to provide a safe, healing environment where every animal receives the medical care, nourishment, and compassion they deserve.

We work to rebuild trust, restore health, and prepare each rescue for a future filled with love—whether through adoption or lifelong sanctuary. Beyond rescue, we advocate for animal welfare in our communities, raise awareness, and inspire kindness. Yes, while dogs are our primary focus, we also care for cats and help other animals in need when possible.

The shelter was founded by Moe Diab and supported by his brother Omar, starting with just $200 and a small space by the beach.

Yes, we’ve partnered with supporters worldwide, and some of our dogs have found loving homes abroad.
